Our 11th annual Southwest Nephrology Conference is being held February 19 and 20 at the Marriott Phoenix Airport Hotel in Phoenix as part of a joint sponsorship between the Arizona Kidney Foundation and the University of Arizona  for CME accreditation.

This year's theme: "Malignancy and Renal Disease"

REFUND POLICY: No refund will be granted without written notice of cancellation. If registrtation must be cancelled, tuition less a $75 administration fee will be refunded upon receipt of notification on or before February 5, 2010. No refunds will be made after February 5, 2010.
